E-Mail activation doesn´t work

I want to activate Sins of a Solar Empire on an offline PC which has no internet access. I send an activation E-Mail to [email protected]. But now I´m already waiting 5 days for a reply. How long does an E-Mail activation take? When it doesnt work, I´ll try to get my money back.

E-mail activation should be relatively quick, almost instant in most cases.  It is possible that it got caught in a spam filter on your end or ours (some ornate or ad filled e-mail signatures will cause problems with e-mail activation).  You can always use this site for instant feedback:

I have the same problem for Galactic Civilizations II Dread Lords.  I haven't gotten anything by email and the activation link you provided does not work for the email section, perhaps your guy's coding for the bottom switch is faulty?

If you have the activation string, which would look something like this "m=1&v=1&a1=D13A622050BB308A....", please send it in an email to [email protected] so we can manually decode it for you.
