Players Not Showing in The lobby

Had this a couple of times last night, we would set up a lobby - I believe a player would get kicked, I think at the same time as another player was joinign. Can'tr remember the exact sequence but the net effect is they then wouldn't be visible to me. If you see the screenshot - wonderpug has chosen a Rook - but he isn't showing in the Lobby! Other players could see him fine. When this happened the game would desync on starting
