i instaled demigod i registered the game and all i created this account and when i try to loging on the game its write invalid username or/and password

Try deleting the file 'Games.prefs' which is located here:
YOUR USERNAME\My Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod
Then launch Demigod and try to log into multiplayer.
Unless it's been fixed in one of the patches, you get an invalid username / password message if your internet is down...might be a good idea to make sure your internet connection is working.
