I created a new map using Galaxy Forge and I was wondering how to add neutral colonies to that map.
I figured this out a long time ago, and now I've forgotten 
. If you look around for sure the answer is somewhere on the forums. I know I found it there. Just can't remember where.
Just right click the background of the map then hit add planet, then you can modify to what type it is an other stuff.
actually it is add a template to the planet, and the info that was in a thread by SemazRalan about 6-7 months ago helped me a lot on this exact question
