Downloading Bootskin Pro Vista - Filesize larger than expected?

I keep trying to download Bootskin Vista Pro (which I have thanks to Object Desktop) and I keep getting the error:

Impulse Orb > Preferences > Reset Data.  This is pretty old. Latest version is 1.02.054
