I can't play online

I recently bought Sins of a Solar Empire, and when I attempted to play online, the game said that it detected the wrong version. I installed Impulse and clicked the v1.00 update. But when v1.00 finished downloading, it said that it was an"invalid file" and that the " MD5's do not match the server". I have no idea what this means, and will be extremely disapointed if I can't play this awesome game online. PLEASE ASSIST!!!!

well... first of all... Vanilla Sins is already up to V1.16 and .17 is coming out soon, so there is your problem right there

go back to impulse and try to download updates again

it should auto-patch you to the latest version, if it doesnt, contact Stardock support [email protected]
