Says there is an update but...

Constantly getting Error notification

from Stardock Forums

 I click <update> and almost immediately I am informed of an ***error*** on the Demigod line.

 I am then asked if I want to resume.  I do and am greeted with yet another ***error***.

 There's a button that shows up asking if I wish to 'CLear All Completed Updates'.  ;>)

ok, no idea what happened, i got really p`d off n just kept double clicking it again and again. after less than a min of clicking it connected n started downloading................no idea why, nothing had changed. i just clicked update tab n kept double clicking on the actuall update line :s

  LOL  I didn't do that.  Perhaps that was the way to go.  :thumbsup:

What I did was downgrade the game Rating to 3 Stars and it downloaded and updated. I do Not have a CLUE !!!  :beer:

That's the 'if it doesn't work, click it to death' method of troubleshooting.

From within Impulse:

-Click the Impulse Logo in the upper left
-Choose 'Preferences...'
-Click the 'Reset Data' button
-Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info.

If this does not resolve the issue, I would suggest uninstalling Impulse, rebooting your PC, and then reinstalling from the latest installer build here:

Whatever the Impulse guy said is okay by me.  :|

However, I do have 'other' problems... see that section with the 'other' problems.  (sic)
