Windows Live Messenger taskbar doesn't flash?

Hi everyone, I just downloaded the WindowBlinds 6.3 trial today and applied the Dragon skin. I'm very impressed, but there is one problem... the task bar icons for my Windows Live Messenger conversations no longer flash when I get a new message. Does anyone know of a way to return the taskbar to it's flashy, blinky ways? Thanks
