HELP!! Cant register my serial number - error validating registration message

Ive just purchased the la laker theme and ive paid for it all and got the special number through an email i went on add registration input me email and number and it comes up with the message "there was an error validating your registration information pleasetry again" please help

Make sure that when you copy and paste there are no blank spaces.

Another alternative is to install Impulse and download the theme thus no need to input your serial number.
