2-5 min grace period

I think a 2-5 min grace period should be given at the start of a map incase an ally disconnects during connection or you start the game a player down. This would make it so a game could end instead of having to do a comp stomp, cause as much as I love to win... thats boring as shit.

Also will help people out who get partnered drop and allow them to leave without a loss added.

that is a long time.

Definitely too long, though a second "ready" button once you enter the game with a configurable deadline timer might work. Then again, surrender and abort game options would probably be better solutions.

Yeah especially because of bad connections etc. at least a 1 -2 minute grace period would be great.

It just sucks if your teammate doesn't connects and you stay there with an feeder ai vs two players.

Especially in pantheon this sucks... It should be something like a torunament and your chances arfe dependent on connection luck? Not my impression of a competetive tournament.

But anything above 3 minutes is too long in my opinion.

ya i meant like 2-3 mins kinda, like generally 1-3 mins would be good since ull find out if the connection sucks or if your partner drops at least early on... Sucks playing a game man down... especially when you get partenered up with an AI DG that cant handle retreating like rook and some other bad ones.
