Connectivity window change

When a player quits, the connectivity window comes up at everyone must wait 30 seconds for the player that quit to be dropped before they can interact with the interface again. First make a player that quits be recognized by the game so that everyone doesn't wait for 30 seconds to continue the game when we all know they aren't coming back.  Secondly, while the connectivity window is up, please allow us to press the Menu button so we ourselves can quit instead of waiting 3 minutes because we didn't click the button fast enough.

they need to send a "kill" command to the other players, at the moment because they are using udp the other clients are waiting 30 seconds until the client is considered as dead
