for the love of god rollback the patch!

Can't get a game to work at all, people show up as test2, test21, test22 etc...

It worked far better before.

yea...maybe 1 or 2 people can connect to eachother. other than that. its a no dice scenario...

people get connected then fall back into waiting to connect to so and so.

Good times! :)

The sounds keeps resetting as well.  Think I will wait until tomorrow to try playing again.

I will second this motion. This patch could not have been tested properly. Tried multiple custom games with no luck in getting any of them to work.

The connections are all over the place with people connecting and reconnecting to each other over and over again. Also, the Test# issue mentioned above seems to occur randomly.

Also the sound options appear to be resetting to defaults regardless of where the actual sliders are set in game. Moving the slider will put the options where you want them, but they will reset everytime you open the game.

Previously the patches that have been released have fixed more issues then they created. This is not the case this time. The only fix I've seen so far is that favor points/item seem to be back to normal. The only reason I know that is because I made a game with just myself and a CPU player.

Please roll back this patch, it has completely broken the online play. It is now worse than launch day.

GPG has gotten us an updated build tonight:

·         Lord Erebus: Bite's Mana Cost increased, Damage decreased, Armor Reduction decreased

·         Integrated newest DLLs

·         Fix for looping audio track after leaving character select screens

·         Fix for audio volumes not being reset on restart

·         Adding /skipintro command line to bypass intro movies

·         Cleaned up the achievement code so that the CVP Interface no longer maintains a copy of Guest data per peer. Instead you now only have your own achievement data.

·         Demigod now checks the return code on GetPlayerData when OnNatComplete is called. If it fails Demigod does not accept the connection.

·         OnNatComplete now returns 1 for success.

·         OnNatComplete now returns failure if the playerName is empty.

We'll combine this with tweaks to connectivity and hopefully that'll make those who are having problems have a better experience.

It seems that people are able to find each other with different version, might be the cause of the problems tonight v0v

Almost everything was working great in the beta. Update today back to retail it seems and now the UI is back to being very laggy (sometimes goes unresponsive for significant lengths of time) and I'm experiencing crashes at the lobby, inability to connect to people, etc.
