Pantheon game starting with only 3 players?

Any else seeing a number of games starting with only 3 players? is this beeing addressed?

 

I usually bail out of the game when I see that, but sometimes I have alt-tabbed out..waiting for a match..and get screwed once the game starts..

 

PLEASE FIX THIS..there is no excuse for stating a pantheon game 2v1..
