how do i create and send a nuke?

there are no such things as nukes, however all factions can seige planets and TEC have a superweapon called the novalith cannon that can bombard planets from across the solar system it just needs 7 weapons labs to build

I believe UPS sends packages all over the world and doesn't ever look inside (remember Se7en?)
