Oak Penitance Bug

There seems to be a bug on 0.0113 beta where I cannot cast penitance on my opponent correctly. This is a reproducible bug that occurs when I am "running away" from my opponent.

Scenario: It occurs when I am engaged with my opponent and things are not going my way so I decide to retreat toward my towers/heal crystal. As I'm running my opponent gives chase because I'm not in a favorable health status and my shield is on cooldown. The bug occurs as I try to "cast Penitance" on my pursuer. When I do this, Oak just stops rather than cast the spell. I try the "right click" on open ground and re-cast penitance but that doesn't work either. This is kind of like the "I can't cast before I click on the ground' bug but it seems specific to when my opponent is chasing me and I can't relieve it by clicking on the ground (in fact I had already done that go begin with because I was running away to my base. The reason why this is an issue is because I want to be able to use Penitance to slow my pursuer so I can slip away.

This has been happening with all the gods it seems. Seems to happen if you are spamming right click on the ground. Usually i can cast right click, and then just cast the spell, but not if you're spamming right click. very game breaking....

Geez, could it be they tried to fix the "can't cast til you right click" bug and screwed it up, creating another bug in its stead?
