[Bug] Game timer not accurate

The in game timer is inaccurate when there is lag or simspeed less than 1. the game slows down and the timer also slows down. It would be great if the timer reflects the actual time spent in the game. A 30 minute game can actually be 1 hour when simspeed is -1.
