I sometimes see Torchbearers victims suffer from "Shatter", often accompanied by a multiplicator.
That is not documented, however.
So when does shatter happen and what are it's effects ?
yeah and guess what: no mention of shatter.
i can imagine what shatter could indicate, but i'm asking just to be sure.
Read deep freezes description. Where it says it consumes the effects of the other abilities for damage, Thats your shatter. So if you hit a DG with rain of ice and frost nova and then hit him with deep freeze, you'll get a 2x shatter.
