Hey quik question, can YOU help?

Hi, i logged onto my SinS E online account (as i had previously played the night before) and I chose my guy and even though i was online and it said there was 106 or so people online as well, not a single lobby or channel was there.  Like they didnt even exist.  All i saw was: Welcome to ICU server or something like that.

Whats wrong? Why cant I play online with you guys!? is it me or the  server? what is it? If you have any questions i'd be glad to answer i just wanna plaay online. I had no problems before!

It counts players who are currently playing active games as being online, which is why you didn't see them.  Normally there are people milling around in the Lobby, though.  I suggest tha tyou be patient and wait for people to come around.  If you click <Join Games> you should also see a list of available games that you can join and a listing of the number of games currently in progress.  Note that if you don't see as many available games as there are games listed, it's probably because they are on the other version of Sins and you can't see them.  (There is regular Sins v1.16 and Sins Entrenchment (the $10 expansion) v1.02.)

Most people purchased the $10 Entrenchment expansion and are playing that.

Best times to find activity -- European and North American prime time, say from 3 pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time to Midnight U.S. EST.

Update.  I just logged in to ICO and it started me off in a completely blank page and not the Lobby.  To find the Lobby, click on <Change/Create Channel>, highlight "Lobby", and click <Accept>.  If you don't see a "Lobby" channel then type in "Lobby" for the channel name and click <Accept>.
