10-30 mins into a game, I get kicked out the game! everytime!

Hi guys so this is really driving me nuts because its ruining the game for me! 

I can join games just fine, i also have the port forward on, and i also turned off SPI I think its called on the router because I heard it causes packet loss. 

But still somtimes in 10 mins somtimes in 30 minutes into a game, I will get booted, it says everyone has droppped but thats not the case, its really me getting dropped.

My roommate also has this game and when we play together, we both get dropped!

But this happens when I'm only playing as well.

ANy ideas?

If you have cordless phones and wireless internet make sure that the frequencies are not too close.  Otherwise, the cordless phones will interrupt your wireless signal.  Other things can interrupt wireless signals as well.
