Sednas Silence (Bug Report)

From what i understand sednas silence works as an interrupt, right? what i mean is if rook is going to hammer slam and i silence even if the hammer slam started he is not supose to be able to cplete it meaning that he wont damage me.

Either way, if is supose to act as an interrupt:
Its not stoping TBs ring od fire

and if its not supose to work as an interrupt:
its stoping rooks hammer slam

Either Way is a Bug

i think the rook hammer slam is a graphical bug.  i remember silencing it, the hammer coming down right on top of me, and me taking no damage.  i figured the rook was upset about it.

yeah rooks hammer continues to execute and it does no damage but its because of the interrupt effect of silence (i belive), i think i remember to have stopped mass charm with silence too, so i guess the bug lies in torch beares ring of fire.

i know it nullifies it what i wonder is if its supposed to, because maybe interruptin abilities is a bug of silence or not being able to nullify ring of fire is the bug.
