how to downdate from beta update?

I have installed the beta update (B)071 and it works fine. I want to go to the regular 071 just because there are more people playing that version. How would i go about doing this? Will uninstalling, turning off pre-release, and reinstalling work for me?

You should be able to just turn off pre-release, and then right clicking Demigod > Verify Installation.
