Was just in a game where our citadel was technically destroyed but it sat there still and bounced up to 296 hp, was untargetable and was unable to be used. Game wouldn't end.
You should post the situation and the circumstances so that devs can better understand the bug.
I'm in the same boat. Not with the same bug, but I've discovered a serious bug which allows a game unballancing exploit, but I have no idea where to post it... I've ended up PM'ing it to Frogboy 
But posting in the forums like this works too unless it get drowned in all the other threads.
