If someone disconnects after the final scoreboard is up (disconnect dialog appears) the disconnect UI will appear under the final scoreboard and the scoreboard will be un-interactable (can't go to main menu). When this happens the DC dialog never goes away either, it seems to stay up for several minutes (until I force exit the application).
I have seen this happen more than a few times. It usually happens to me with people with a lower simspeed. I had theorized that they DCed after the ending "cinematic zoom."
This happens every time for us, confirmed with all 5 people I play with, regardless of operating system etc.
Once everyone forced it to close apart from the last person, the last person got control of his UI again.
It's almost like it is waiting for people to timeout, but that never happens once they leave.
Might be worth mentioning that when this happens you can normally see the connection screen behind the scoreboard (the same connection screen that pops up during a game if someone is timing out)
