Should movement speed get reduced on low health?

I think it should and would like to see others opinion. Lag and action continuity issues effects could be softened by this and its more realistic changing the way the game is played imo for the better.

NO, WTF?, do you want to give fragile players no chance comeon the only way some dgs r to escape is through there speed, i for one get +15% swift anklet as my favor item to run back and forth into and out of combat if i was on low health my only choice is to die, this would be a really sucking fupid game mechanic. it would just cause fragile players to keep dieing, hey look i got hit by a tb's fireball says a regulus player, looks like i have to run, hahaha i am a tb i will kill you because u have a movement speed debuff hahahahaha.

do  you not see the problems this will cause for fragile dgs like tb reg qot etc.

So basically make it impossible to escape? No, I don't think that's a really good idea :P

It's only a flesh wound! The Black Knight never surrenders... or loses movement speed.

Heavens, no. If you want to reduce movement speed there are items and powers you can buy.

With no collision with reinforcements nor demigods and the ability to attack while moving, it already IS impossible to escape (unless sometimes into friendly tower clusters) if the escapee has equal or lower speed than the aggressor.

This is one area where gameplay cannot comply with realism.

I don't understand why it would be impossible to escape? give me an example? As far as I can tell there are many avenues of escape that are purchasable and cast able. The fact that bad players can get away due to latency issues though is frustrating to say the least. If you get away let it be because you deserve to and not the charity of poor mechanics. I think slowing a player down is compensation for technical issues when it comes to online play and it makes sense.

No...no...and no.

So by this, I can argue that all casting times should be doubled because with latency issues it's possible to miss an interrupt.

I think this is not a good idea. Almost all of the characters in the game have both skills AND items to either increase their own speed, slow their enemies, or both. This would make it nearly impossible to run away, and would severely handicap newer players and teams with newer players, who already often have trouble with running early enough to live.

No thank you. The fights are already extremely fast and brutal when you do anything else than 1v1 fights. Your idea would make fragile demigods (=all demigods) have to run away from combat even sooner.

sorry but no, speeds are balanced for good gameplay speed

Absolutely not... that totally screw up the flow fo the game and make chracters like Reg and UB who are harassers asboutely useless... whilst making chracters like Rook who are territory holders stronger. No... no no.... Stardock please don't listen to this. lol

No.

With so many skills that reduce movement speed.....no! You would go from barely running away from UB or Reg mines to just plain stopped.

This would completely destroy the game.  No offense, but terrible idea.
