Has anyone realsed and offical reason on why they delay patheon? this one lasted what? 5 days? Then it does down seems a bit silly. I'm just wondering if its for and actual reason? No patheon is rather annoying...
I'll be surprised if they don't start it tommorrow despite what it says in game. That's probably just an automated system in need of an update.
I"m thinking its so there can be a slight break for gloating, so everyone knows who won. Whats the point of winning a tournament if all that happens is a new one starts seconds later.
This and to make sure you realize how much you appreciate it. Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
It's no good, however, if you don't get to play a lot during the week-- I logged on today to find the pantheon was over and I have to wait 5 more days to play in it again.

No custom is not > why play vs a predefined team if you get a bunch of noobs to play with think about all options before you post crap advise. skirmish is probably best at least you can use any Demigod.

parth is frustrating becuase the newer people play there more and u are forced to play silly game mode combiantions such as fortress on crucible.
The reason they delay it is because it was originally intended to last atleast a month or so, as such 3 or 4 days afterwards to discuss and allowing the winners to shine and have fun with their rewards for winning. it seems they misscalculated the activity in the pantheon though, this one lasted something like, 2 days. they will probably retune the pantheon, setting it to something more like 10 million favor points to win.
In the meantime Im sure they will restart it before its intended restart day.
No matter what the reason is. I find it silly that they have it and make it so useless. Waste of time....
It's an automated system set to create a new tournament a few days after the previous one ends. I'm not sure what's holding up T-Man in starting it earlier... perhaps the update coming Thursday? Or the stat reset coming soon? No point in starting a new tournament if the stats are going to be reset...

i hardly play patheon
5 days isn't a few. 2-3 is a few. Its a big deal when you can't play the game everyday and you would enjoy to patheon sometimes. Patheon should be fun once AI isn't all over it

Actually, I believe it was originally intended to start the following Monday after a tournament ended. Just be glad that was never coded in

i do play quiet a bit about 3 hours a day and post hmmm i do about 1 hour no job yet and can't leave the house till i get this metal piece of crap off my leg
i think ill join the next patheon but still think custom matches are better

You could play some Skirmish and bring up your ranking a bit before the stat reset

I'd imagine it might start sooner - last time I think it started way before the 'scheduled' Pantheon (according to the pantheon screen in game).
