Impulse running at startup

How do I stop Impluse from running at startup? I've removed it from the startup menu 5 times and when I startup my computer there it is again. I don't want impluse running all the time or starting each time I start the computer, I only want it running when I want it to. Turnning it off after startup is not the same thing.

Right-click the icon in the taskbar, click settings, uncheck load Impulse now on startup, done.
