Cd-key issuse

Hello

I bought a original Demigod game and inside intruction guide i didnt find any cd-key. I think something it  is wrong packed or something cause i contacted few peoples from England too and they say that neither of them got their cd-key when they bought the game. When i bought game it was packed up in its original box and sealed so i dont think anyone stole it. I would like to ask for a new cd-key so i can register game online.
