Anyone else having trouble logging on in Demigod today?

When I try to log in to multiplayer in Demigod, I get a message saying I'm using an incorrect user-name/password combination. But this is not true, since it's the same user name and password I used successfully all night last night, and I'm using the "remember login" checkbox which means what I'm entering right now is guaranteed to be identical to what I was entering last night.

Me too. No idea what's happening, but I'm assuming the beta server is down or not connected to the database. Maybe they are stress testing it?

same probleme here. 30 min ago I log in without problem but my game crashed before I was able to play a game. Now me an 2 friends can't log in;  Must be a server problem.

Same here - it was fine about a few hours ago when I played a couple of Pantheon games, even, but now I'm having trouble. And even getting to the login screen is a chore, with loading times.

I've got the exact same problem. Was just in a 30 minute game, which finished. Afterwards, I couldn't host (it gave me an error). Whenever I tried joining another game, an error message popped up saying the request timed out.

Please fix, I need meh Demigod.

I can't log in as well. As soon as I click "Internet" It freezes. I bring up the Task Manager and it says Demigod is not responding. Maybe if I waited longer I would get an error message...Anyone else freeze when trying to log in?

 

Oh, and I have the Beta by the way.

yeah the game freeze and then report invalid passord/username. Me and my friends are not on the beta.

servers are probably fubared... OR on the glass is half-full note they are switching to the proxies so we no longer have connection problems!

Sounds like the login/authentication servers are down.  This can happen at a couple points:

1)  They are updating the game.

2)  They created a problem when they last updated the game.

3)  Server Crash for random reason.

It should be up shortly.  Give them a bit.

Also try spamming chat instead of mb.  The chat usually has dev logged in and will lead to faster resolution or reply on an important issue like this.

same happened twice today. (i played once for 2 hrs because of waiting/hanging when connecting to plr/waiting/... etc.) system reboot helped

I'm having the same problem, the game locked up when I was attempting to connect and now I can't log into the online portion.

 

Edit:  Got back online finally.

 

Re-edit, after one game it's doing the same thing again.
