Error: Can't Download the beta patch

I have been trying to download the patch all day. After I click on the "Show pre-release" versions on the impulse icon it gives me the "Update Available" under mygames. But when I start the download it always gives me this error.

Error: Non-negative number required.

Parameter Name; Value

Am I doing something wrong or is there some magic trick to get the beta dl?
