Hopefully this hasn't been posted before I searched but couldn't find anything.

some Sort of storm demigod

I thought there would be two modes Ground form he would take the form of a tornado and do melee damage, his other form would he would dissapate into a storm cloud and be able to do ranged lightning attacks.

Abillities.

Ground form

Wind Shear: increase in wind speed increases attack speed and damage 10%/20%/30%/40%  50dmg/100/200/400 for 7sec

Wind Vaccum: Sucks the target into a vortex making target unable to move for 2/5/8 Sec

Debris: Enemys around demigod are party blinded and have a 50% chance to miss attacks 20yd radius 7/12/15 sec


Storm Ranged ablities

Lightning strike: bolt of lightning strikes opponent for 300/500/800/1000 Dmg

Microburst: A Strong downward wind cause AOE damage 200/400/600

Supercell: A gathering of clouds strenghens player + 400/800/1600 Max health for x Sec

Inate ablities

storm speed: Increase movment speed 15/20/25%

Fog aura : offer allies protection form attacks + 5/10/15% to dodge

while in storm form speed would be increased in ground form Health would be increased.

 

Just a thought I thought it would be cool to run around as a tornado or a storm cloud fill free to add to it.

Doesn't really inspire that much, you just listed some abilities. Maybe more of a description or background would make people more interested, is this Assasin/Gerneral, and is it Good/Evil, what are its motives?

I am not sure if I read 'Frickin Dragon' and his 'assload of replies' response, but he must of done something better for you to put him on a pedestal. Perhaps you should completely copy his format as a template and go from there, mimicry is the greatest form of flattery.

Rofl. I don't know man I'm not good at this shit besides saying it's shit. It might be a good concept though so I will wait for people to respond.
