Lost All my Achievements and Favor Points

I lost all my achievements and favor points by uploading the game is that normal? It's very frustrating since I had over 8000 favor point and the game is being patched over and over.I suddently lost all my interest of playing again. With all the shit we have to get through to get a game going online, this was really not needed.

contact [email protected] and ask for a refund.  According to another thread the CEO said he would give refunds for unhappy campers.

The loss of Favour points and the resetting of your achievements is a known bug, and it currently being worked on. I too have experienced this, and it's quite frustrating.

If you'd like a refund, by all means contact Stardock and request one. However, this problem will be fixed in the near future - Stardock and GPG's priorities however are in making sure everyone can play online. Then the bugs and glitches get fixed. Annoying, I know, however I can understand why they've made the choice.

I've started alt-tabbing out between games and deleting my game.prefs file, going into options and applysing the settings, then going into multi. Maybe a fluke, but so far I can always buy items. The actual favor point count I have to spend on them is pretty random though.... Sometimes I heve all I heve earned, others, only the ones I earned in the very last battle.

It does make you think of some different ways favor points could work that may be cool.

I'd still like to see it do away with points and just let you pick any one item. Or maybe keep the points, but rather than messing with this accumulation, just use them as a balancer and give more/less depending on the players' relative rankings.
