Update not Downloading

Everytime I try the download the necessary new update. It stops downloading at about %10.1 percent at 2.70 MBs. Everytime I try to redownload/resume it, it'll just keep saying Retry, before saying "Error - Download could not complete".

I bought the game so I'm pretty pished.
