Fences: Failed to initialize 0xc0000135 message

I have successfully installed Fences on all of my conputers and love it!

Just tried to install it on a brand new machine running Windows WP and get a "failed to inialize message 0cx0000135" message"

Anyone have any idea what the problem may be???

Do you have .NET Framework 1.1 or higher installed?If not,install it and try again.
