Intelligence reports

Hey folks,

Is there a way to get an intelligence Report off a foreign ship? Furthermore is there a way to get one of a foreign ship in orbit around their planet? I tried clicking and ouble clicking and right clicking on a drengin ship in orbit around one of its planets but i cant seem to bring up a regular intellignece report. I know they arent exactly needed since you can check out their armaments on the basic info screen at the bottom but its for an AAR Im writing and i wanted to get a good in depth pic of a drengin ship.

any help is appreciated

Only work-around I know of for orbiting ships is to open the trade screen with the owning race. If it's not a minor race it's in the ships list and you can right click on the ship to get the report.
