Hello everyone,

Reading the forum since few days ago, I decided to post to present myself, asking questions (I'll certainly be a noob for experienced player but it's the best way to learn : To ask ^^) and talking about some issues that I didn't solve by myself even with the help of the Issues forum.

So let's begin with me.

I'm Okajin (or Niiva, depends which name you see). I'm a french player of Demigod since april the 19th and playing "The Oak" as a mix of general and damage dealer. I bought it on Impulse because the official release date in France is on May and I didn't want to wait :p I'm very satisfied by the game. I bought it as an anniversary gift for my brother and we spend lot of time on it.

But my first problem is there : We can't find any game in the Pantheon. We've got a message saying the system is trying to find people to play with.

Anyway, is there a 2vs2 competition or tournament or matches that count in the ladder? (If we access it XD)

That's all for now. Please excuse me for my english. It's not perfect but I'm doing my best to improve it.

Hi there,

I'am from Germany and have the same Problem with Pantheon. I think There 2 Reasons for it.

1. When you start Playing in Berlin at 1pm its 7am in New York where the most People have to work or get out of the Bed so you there simply not enough people online.

2. Its a long Way to the servers in the USA so our Latancy is really high and the matchmaking System gives Priority to the Players with a lower Ping (At least i think that).

I think this 2 Points will be fixed with the Release here in Europe.

There is no no 2vs2 Tournament at the Moment so when you want to play with a friend you have to play custom games.

hi there and welcome. I am french too and i play demigod since the first beta in september; there are several others frenchies on this forum^^

So about the pantheon, 2 things:

-the ladder IS the pantheon, it will very probably be improved later
-if you can't find game, it could be the difference between us and europe but i doubt it because there are also many europeans players, so you may have connexion problem with demigod.

But the devs are working on the netcode, they will add proxy servers this week that should allow you to connect without problems.

Thanks for your answers.
In this case We'll be patient and we'll continue playing against IA (not a really good training).

And for french players here, is there a french fansite or forum dedicated to our community?
