Icon Developer-won't update

Hiya Superfast forum folk, hope you are all well and healthy, and that your families are all safe and sound......my problem is this, I have Icon Developer as part of my software package, but it won't update, it won't uninstall, it keeps on coming back and listing..."File Not Found".......is there anyone that can help me with this problem, plus Icon Developer is not working as it should either, obviously to do with aforementioned problem...please if anybody could help, mucho' appreciated....thanks Forum Folks....The Thug
