I never registered my Gal Civ II game and I purchased the next two updates but can't get them to work without registering the first game. It won't take the info that I put in. It says either the serial number is invalid or the email address is invalid. Is there something I can do to correct this?
If the serial you're entering is correct, then you probably did register it on another account in teh past and forgot. If that is the case and you entered correct details on that old account, you can contact [email protected] and they will help you locate and recover it.
