Skin Processing

Too Heavy?

Hello. I just wanted to say that I have a skin that has been in processing for a few days. Not in moderation...I would expect that. This one seems to be just in limbo...stuck in processing. It is called Heavy Metal DX. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've had the same problem a couple times lately and I sent a PM to ZubaZ with a link to the skin in my gallery and he pushed them through for me.

You're stuff should go to the gallery, after a few minutes, now that you're a Journeyman.

(I hope ZubaZ doesn't receive a bunch of PMs because of this)

I've just 'forced' the theme through the bottleneck.
Should be showing in the DX library by now. :)

Same happens to me for the last 2 weeks for all galleries, contacting support for me just gets server busy.

This is one SCR Disco https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=791&libid=40 has been in processing for 2 weeks plus but then others show up as in processing but just overwrite something already in my gallery and no the name is not even similar like this one https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=792&libid=40 which should be Sheets to the Wind but is actually Earth Diodes on display and the two are not even similar SCRs.

Two of your screensavers were stuck 'in processing', Ausvet.
I've pushed them into the proper queue now :)

If anyone of you discovers that your uploads are stuck 'in processing' for more than 5-10 min, please contact a/an moderator/admin so this can be fixed.
'In processing' is only a temporary queue for files that are being... well.... processed ;)
