Question about trading researched technologies...

Hello all. If I have a tech researched that allows me to build a certain building, or a certain engine or weapon on a ship and then I trade it away, do I lose all those buildings/ships?

Also, if I trade a tech, can I just immediately research it again...?

If you trade a tech you still have it as you don't unlearn it.

But you should keep mind that when you trade a tech that enables a Galactic Wonder (e.g. Sensors IV and Eyes of the Universe) that you haven't built yet, you give the other civ a chance to build it before you do.
