Old beta ruins SOASE and entrenchment!

a couple months ago i joined the entrenchment beta for prepaid costumers. The game ran fine until the final version of entrenchment was released. Even after uninstalling the beta and intalling the new version it wouldn't work. recently i uninstalled entrenchment and SOASE. I then went as far as to remove impulse as well. I than usedd registry clean up to erase all tempoary files left behind. I then reinstalled impulse and the game from which i had bought on a disk not online download, then i used impulse to reinstall entrenchment.

both versions of the game wont work and they both keep saying the following-

"Sins has detected files from an earlier Entrenchment beta installation. Please uninstall Sins and Entrenchment via Impulse and reinstall both"

i have followed these instructions to the word and mode and impulse keeps giving this message. P.S. i do have impulse set to never install betas.
