Does anyone know if its possible to change the race logog in the game and add newer ones? Ive tried chaging the racelogo.tga but nothing seems to work. Are there other files releated to this?
If you just want to replace original logos by new ones than you can just edit the tga.
But if yoi want to add new one without replacing you have to look into the window folder. There are files for each race called somewhat like "PlayerTheme" there is the refernce for the logos.
Just editing the racelogo.tga file will not work, there are layers involved with this file. they are using a hidden feature in the background called alpha Channels. I have looked at this but im not able to remove the highlighted sections under the Alpha channel. im not experianced enough with this part. does anyone know how to remove this or edit it t owork? I do know that if you mess up the Alpha it will not show the icons in the game they will be blanked out with the player color.
