help my update is not updating

Any help would be appreciated, I click update on the sins game and it downloads fine. After the download it says verifying installation and never stops verifying. thanks.

P.S. I have my drive partitioned and I dont have this game installed on c:\

pps also nothing is posted in the error log.

Have you tried killing Impulse and restart the download? Depending on how much of the previous download managed to be installed or copied to a temporary folder properly it shouldn't take as long as before. Other than that I have no idea how to tackle this endles-verifying-problem, sorry.

I had the same problem a few hours ago. I redownloaded Impulse and the update finished afterwards.

Sometimes real-time virus scanners can cause this. (At least, this was always the case on my end) Disabling the real time scanner before downloading may fix your problem. Just don't forget to turn it back on.
