Cannot change video Resolution

Hello,

I am running an NVIDIA 8800 GT. When I go to the video options screen, I only have 4 resolution options, and no refresh rate options, and the apply settings button is greyed out. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I have been playing SINS for about a year without problem, and am not sure why this started happening. I have uninstalled and re-installed the game to no luck. This happens with SINS and Entrenchment. My NVIDIA drivers are up to date.

Any help would be appreciated.

edit the user.settings in you setting folder next to mods in the users local settings area
