Lenovo S10 Ideapad issue

I have WindowBlinds loaded on a Lenovo S10 Ideapad netbook, XP Home SP3, 1 GB ram and Intel 945 mobile chipset.  My problem is that a good deal of the time I start the computer, WindowBlinds does not load and  I just get the default XP theme.  I just downloaded the update to Impulse and then updated WB to 6.4 but the problem is still there.  I am including here the info from System Information tab:

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.4 (build 73 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
