Banned because there are many, many, many different pieces of fiction (books, videogames, comics, whatever...) which have people known as "Dragoons." They also exist in the real world, though predominantly in the past. Some British armour regiments are known as Dragoons because that was there original role when they were founded as cavalry regiments.
Banned for I was quoting a dragoon from Starcraft.
But yes, give a guy a gun and a horse and you have a bonifide dragoon.
