Serial Number?

Okay, I made a post about this yesterday, but decided to edit everything out because, being an idiot, I forgot to read the stickied topics.

I bought GalCiv2 back in 06 (I know this 'cause of one of my save games, lol), and just picked it up again a little bit ago. I had been wanting to get theother expansions on top of the account from this game, but I can't find my Serial Number. I had been trying with the Serial on the Jewel Case, but that was the GC2-blahh-blaah-bblah-bllah Collector's Edition Code.

I poked around my Manuals drawer, and found my DL Manual. But...no Serial Number.

2 Questions:

1) Where is the actual Serial Number (Non-CE) located on the documentation

2) If I were to go ahead and plop down the $40 on the complete game, would I be able to use my CE code and the code for the new account for Metaverse at the same time?

Granted, I'd prefer to use the one I have and save $10, but if I have to, $40 for 3 expansions and the base game for a game as awesome as this is IS a steal....

The location of the serial varied between regions and production runs, so unfortunately I can't really say where it might be in the packaging exactly. As well, some CE runs did not get normal serials, in which case you'd have used the exchange page here to convert the CE code to a game serial.

If you did do the exchange and/or register it back when you bought it (in order to get patches) though, the serial should already be on your account. If you don't remember the account details you can enter the email address at support.stardock.com or email [email protected] for help in recovering it.

The $40 Ultimate package includes both the base game and the expansions, no other purchase is needed. The CE code though only unlocks extra bonus content and cannot be used to create metaverse characters (only an actual game serial will allow that).

If you registered your DL game with us back in 06, we should have that info, e-mail us at [email protected] and provide the e-mail address you used at the time. Failing that, provide the GC2-XXXX number you have.
