New to the game and playing entrenchment in SP.

Just noticed a discrepency when watching a replay:

The advent equivalent to broadcast centre generates 3 culture/sec base (no upgrades)

The TEC one generates 3.8 culture/sec base (also no upgrades)

To me that means that TEC one beats advent one hands down, just to compete in culture on an equal level - the advent player has to research 5 culture upgrades.(max of 6)

Whereas TEC has another 4 upgrades, and if he researches 2 - will out culture advent centre, for centre. 

(don't know what the vasari one is)

I was under the impressio that advent were supposed to be the culture specialists (yes even if it does come out earlier - at teir 2, still doesn't make up for it vs TEC, theirs coming out at tier 3)

Thoughts from more experienced players?
