activation email

Hello

Its now two weeks since i tried to register my game, with no succes.

So does stardock have problems with freenet.de emails? Because i cant seem to get the activation email. tried the resend button several times but nothing happens. Send a email to [email protected] last week, but i dont get a reply.

registered this account to another email which worked great. but i cant use the key for this email, now that the key is linked to the freenet one.

 

help would be appreciated :pout:

It sounds like support's reply might have been spam-blocked, they usually reply pretty quickly. Their offices will open soon for the day, so I'm sure you'll get a more official reply here in a few hours.

Yeah, if you're getting nothing at all back from support then the emails are most likely being blocked. Highlander or Shirley should be able to help.
