Physical Copy Registry Problems on Impulse

Alright, after a short while away from the game I recently dug it out again, most specifically for Entrenchment.

Impulse seems to detect that I have SoaSE installed, but wehn I go to update it tells me that I need to register.. fair enough. When I go to register, however, the physical copy of the game's registry key (the one inside the case, right above the CD, PC SINS SOLAR CODE STKR) seems to not be working. Every time I enter the key and click register, it tells me that either the Key is incorrect, or the e-mail address I've entered is incorrect.

I'm fairly certain the email is not the problem, and I know I have not mis-typed the registry key over a dozen times.

If I could get some help having this registered to my name, I would be delighted. Any help that might allow me to fix this issue from my computer would be helpful as well

Any time you're having issues with serial numbers or accounts, etc. it's best to just e-mail support, as the information we'll need is simply not the kind of thing you want to be posting in public forums.
