Phase Gate Mod

Hello,

Kinda new to Sins but i was wondering if there is a mod (and if not how hard for a no mod experience person to make) that give phase gates to all races?

You mean phase stabalizers? If so, it shouldn't be too hard, though I'm not sure exactly how many and which files you need to change.
